Invoicing is at the heart of our operations, and Logisoft truly revolutionized it. The fact that all the information we need is already present allows us to invoice vessels rapidly and accurately. Adding extra costs is now a straightforward task. Logisoft's invoicing excellence not only saved us time but also contributed to improved accuracy and client satisfaction.
ASCA Shipping is a Canadian freight forwarder that set out to modernize on every front at once: a refreshed brand, a new website, and freight operations moved onto Logisoft. The result is a business that quotes, books, invoices and serves its clients from one platform.
For ASCA, the standout is invoicing. Because the shipment data is already in the system, vessels are invoiced quickly and accurately and extra charges are simple to add. That is what the Managing Director calls the heart of the operation, and it is where the time savings and accuracy gains show up.
What we delivered
Rebranding
A new brand identity built around reliability and professionalism, giving ASCA a clearer identity in a competitive market.
Website
A responsive, easy-to-navigate site that showcases services and connects clients and partners to ASCA.
Freight management
Logisoft configured to ASCA's Canadian operation, covering quotations and bookings through tracking, invoicing and reporting on one record.
White-labeled client portal
A portal in ASCA's own colors and branding, giving clients a familiar place to self-serve.

How ASCA's clients self-serve
The white-labeled portal lets ASCA's clients handle the routine themselves, from any device, which cut the volume of calls and emails and freed the team for more personal support.
Clients request quotes directly in the portal instead of by phone or email.
An approved quote becomes a booking on the same record, with no re-entry.
Clients follow their cargo in real time and see status without calling.
Invoices and outstanding balances are visible in the portal, and ASCA invoices vessels quickly because the data is already there. A pending-collections view tracks shipped units with balances still owed.
Built for Canadian operations
Logisoft handles the specifics of invoicing from Canada: charges convert on current CAD exchange rates pulled from the Bank of Canada, and tax is presented correctly on the invoice documents, so billing is compliant without manual workarounds.

Results
The rebrand and website raised ASCA's profile with clients and partners, while Logisoft made the operation measurably faster and more accurate: about 4x faster search, half the double bookings, and a clear lift in invoicing accuracy and client satisfaction.
