Cargo Handling Corporation Ltd (CHCL), established in October 1983, operates the SSR Multi-Purpose Terminal at Port Louis for general and bulk cargo, including Ro-Ro services for vehicles and other specialised cargo. CHCL is also the exclusive operator of container handling at Port Louis, through the Mauritius Container Terminal.
