Savona Terminal Auto operates a RoRo terminal in the Darsena Alti Fondali of the port of Savona, handling cars, machinery, trailers, project and heavyweight cargo. A double rail track perpendicular to the quay edge lets rail convoys roll directly into the ship's hold. The terminal has a 350 m quay with 15 m depth, a handling capacity of 250,000 vehicles per year and storage for 4,000 units.
