Peel Ports runs the Port of Sheerness, which with Chatham forms its London Medway cluster, and processes 300,000 vehicles at the site each year. Peel Ports has invested in a PDI centre offering pre-delivery inspection, technical and enhancement services for around 50,000 vehicles per year. Sheerness has seven deep water berths, and Peel Ports is investing £30 million in a new in-river RoRo berth with a floating pontoon for vessels exceeding 230 m LOA.
