Fujian Province's port office reports that Xiamen Port exported more than 43,000 new energy vehicles in the first months of 2023, up five times on the figure for the whole of the previous year. That year Xiamen Modern Terminal set its record for a single export shipment with 3,061 vehicles loaded by RoRo, and Xiamen Ocean Gate terminal in Haicang loaded 2,561 vehicles onto one car carrier.
