Clean Tally

Every VIN is scanned against the line's plan at the ramp. The count matches before the gang stands down, not two days later in a spreadsheet.

Damage Proof

Condition photos are taken at handover and saved with the VIN and the time. When a claim lands, you show what came off the ship.

Paid Moves

Set a rate per discharge, per load, or both, for each line you work for. Every scanned move creates its charge, so nothing slips at month-end.

Works Offline

No signal in the hold or on the quay? The handheld keeps checking scans against the voyage list and sends them once it reconnects.

Discharge against the line's plan, not a paper list

The expected units for the call arrive from the line before the vessel berths. Crews scan each VIN as it comes down the ramp. The handheld says straight away whether that unit belongs here, so problems are caught at the ship, not found at the gate a week later.

Exceptions at the Ramp

Wrong port of discharge, not booked on this voyage, already discharged, cancelled booking, or a duplicate VIN. Each one stops the scan and tells the driver why.

Nothing Quietly Dropped

Every rejected scan is kept with the VIN, voyage, port, time and who scanned it. You settle disputes with the line from a log, not from memory.

Status Sent Onward

A discharge scan lands on the line's record at once. Where the line is connected to the manufacturer, the discharge status goes out on its own. No end-of-shift spreadsheet.

Close the load list before the vessel sails

The load list for the outbound call sits on every handheld. Each scan ticks a unit off, and the remaining count drops as the gang works. When the count reaches zero, what went on board matches what the line planned.

Remaining, Live

Supervisors see units loaded and units still to go for the voyage, without walking the quay or calling the gang foreman on the radio.

Shut-Outs Rolled Over

A unit that misses the vessel is shut out on the handheld and moved to its next sailing. Only users you allow can do it.

Wrong Unit, Stopped

A unit bound for a different port, already loaded, or not on the list is flagged before it drives up the ramp, not after the vessel has left.

Prove a vehicle's condition at the moment you take custody

A scratch found at the destination gets blamed on whoever touched the car last. Your crews photograph each unit on the handheld where custody changes, and record damage on the spot. The evidence exists before anyone asks for it.

Photos on the Unit

Photos go straight onto that vehicle's record with the VIN and the time. No camera roll to sort through, no files to rename.

Damage in Your Codes

Damage is recorded against the codes you and your customers work to, set up in your own account. Crews pick from a list instead of typing notes.

Same Record for the Line

The line and its surveyors see the photos and damage records on the same unit. Nothing to export, nothing to email.

Built for RoRo vessel operations since 2010

Stevedoring companies, terminals and shipping lines work the same vessel call on the same record. What your gang scans is what the line sees.
