Port of Baltimore: RoRo and Vehicle Terminals

Baltimore handles autos and other RoRo cargo at the public Dundalk Marine Terminal, where about 300 acres are devoted to them, and at the 160-acre Fairfield/Masonville terminals; the privately owned Chesapeake and Atlantic auto terminals add 250 acres, for 710 acres in total. AMPORTS runs the Atlantic, Chesapeake and Dundalk vehicle terminals, and Wallenius Wilhelmsen runs the Mid-Atlantic Terminal inside Dundalk. The port offers on-dock rail service with two Class 1 railroads, and AMPORTS gives a draft of 34 ft at its Chesapeake berth.
