Customer Success Manager

Mid LevelFull Timelebanon1 spot available

About the role

This is one of the key roles in the company. We are hiring a Customer Success Manager at Logisoft, the software platform built exclusively for RoRo and finished vehicle logistics. Our customers are carriers, terminal operators and vehicle logistics companies across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and we have held 100% customer retention since 2010.

Most software companies deliver a project and move on, and most customers settle into the minimum that gets them through the day. We do not count that as success. A customer partner should be using the platform to its full potential and getting the maximum result out of it, and making that happen properly is a job in its own right rather than something done between other priorities.

On a platform this broad there is almost always capability an account has not switched on, or a manual step the software can take over. You find those, close them, and make the improvement stick. Proactively and on a schedule, rather than in response to a complaint.

Key responsibilities

  • Run structured adoption reviews across your accounts, based on how the platform is genuinely being used
  • Identify unused capability and manual workarounds, and drive the change needed to resolve them
  • Own the enablement library: guides, tutorials and procedures. You decide what is needed, who writes it and when it is published
  • Train customer teams on new workflows, and stay with them until the workflow is in real use
  • Test customer questions yourself rather than passing them on, and take genuine gaps to the product team
  • Turn scattered customer feedback into structured product input
  • Report on adoption and account health

Who you are

We weight this as heavily as the CV. This role has no incoming queue forcing it, so temperament decides whether it works.

  • Curious about how people work. You notice someone doing something the hard way and you care enough to fix it
  • Self-directed. You set your own agenda and hold yourself to it
  • Attentive to detail. The valuable finding is usually a small one: a field nobody fills in, a step done twice, a report rebuilt by hand every month
  • Accountable. You follow a finding through to the point where the customer is genuinely using the outcome
  • Generous with knowledge. You would rather write the guide once than answer the question five times

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, application consulting, business analysis or product support within enterprise software
  • Strong written communication. Much of this role is turning a repeated question into a permanent answer
  • Comfortable enough with data to see how an account is really using the platform
  • Fluent written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus
  • Based in Lebanon and able to work from our Beirut office

Preferred

  • Logistics, shipping or terminal operations background. An advantage, and we can teach the domain
  • Experience building enablement material or training programmes from scratch

What we offer

  • International scale. A portfolio of established carriers, terminal operators and vehicle logistics groups across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia
  • A role with its own mandate. Deliberately separate from implementation delivery, so proactive work is never displaced by a delivery deadline
  • A specialism worth having. Vehicle logistics is a narrow field, and people who understand both the operation and the software running it are genuinely scarce
  • You live the operation. We take our people to the ground: into terminals and yards, watching the work happen. It is how you find the manual step nobody thought to mention
  • Influence on the product. Your findings reach the people building the platform directly, and you follow them through to release
  • Breadth. 130+ modules across vessel, yard, inspection, customs and billing operations gives you a lot of ground to work with
  • Problems worth solving. You are improving how real terminals and carriers run their operations, measured in work that gets easier
  • Room to grow. Scope to build the customer success function as the customer base grows
