About the role

We are hiring an experienced C# developer at Logisoft, the software platform built exclusively for RoRo and finished vehicle logistics. Carriers and terminal operators across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia run their daily operations on it.

You would work on the modules that run vessel operations, yard movements, inspections, damage and billing, within a platform of 130+ modules that has been in production for more than a decade.

This is applied engineering with real operational consequence. A discharge plan has to hold when an entire vessel comes off inside one shift. Damage has to reconcile against the manufacturer's inspection standard. The same yard movement has to price correctly for customers on different rate cards. You will design and deliver features at that level of precision, and you will work directly with the people who use them.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver features across your assigned platform modules, from requirement through to release
• Take technical ownership of those modules, including their quality, performance and continued improvement
• Write and maintain automated tests for the functionality you deliver
• Contribute to peer code review and to the engineering standards the team works to
• Translate operational requirements into working software alongside product and delivery colleagues
• Take part in customer workshops, UAT sessions and demonstrations of your own work

Who you are

We weight this as heavily as the CV. The technical bar is real, but the following is what decides who does well here.

• Curious. You want to know why a customer's operation works the way it does, not only what the ticket says
• Meticulous about detail. In this domain a rounding rule, a timezone, a unit of measure or a missed edge case becomes a wrong invoice or a vehicle recorded in the wrong place. Precision is not pedantry here, it is the job
• Accountable. You own what you ship, including the parts that turn out to be wrong
• Direct. You raise a problem early, with a view on how to solve it
• Proactive. You fix the thing you noticed on the way past, and you flag the risk before it becomes an incident
• Rigorous. You verify before you hand over, and you would rather ask a question than guess

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional C# development
• Strong SQL and relational data modelling
• Experience with either Blazor or ASP.NET Core, or with WPF and desktop development
• Fluency with AI coding agents. This is not a preference here, it is how the work gets done. Every developer runs them daily
• Prompt and context engineering, treated as engineering. Precise scope, explicit constraints, done defined before the model starts, and a context window kept clean rather than stuffed
• Harness and loop design. Running an agent against a build or test signal until it converges, and building the scaffolding that makes agent output reliable rather than random
• The discipline to read and verify everything a model produces before you submit it. When 400 lines arrive in 20 seconds, your review is the bottleneck
• A disciplined approach to testing, and the habit of reading existing code before changing it
• Fluent written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus
• Based in Lebanon and able to work from our Beirut office

Preferred

• Experience across .NET 10, EF Core, SQL Server, WPF, Blazor or MudBlazor
• Claude Code specifically: plan mode, project rules files, subagents, MCP. It is what we use, and we will ask you to walk us through a real project you drove with it
• A background in logistics, shipping or ERP. Genuinely useful, genuinely not required

• Room to grow. Regular one-to-ones, objectives you help set, and a path toward technical or team leadership

Our stack

C# and .NET 10, EF Core against SQL Server. WPF for the operations clients that terminal and yard teams run all shift, Blazor and MudBlazor for the browser-based products and customer portals. Work items, branches, pull requests and CI live in Azure DevOps.
