About the role
We are hiring an Implementation Manager at Logisoft, the software platform built exclusively for RoRo and finished vehicle logistics, to own delivery across a portfolio of enterprise implementations running in parallel, in different phases and different time zones.
Our customers are carriers, terminal operators and vehicle logistics companies across the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We have held 100% customer retention since 2010, and how implementations are run is a large part of why.
Through the implementation you are the customer's main point of contact and the person accountable for whether it lands. Colleagues from engineering and product join workshops, demonstrate their own modules and work with third parties on integrations, at your invitation and for a defined purpose. You own the plan, the commitments and the relationship.
Once an account is live and steady, adoption and enablement pass to Customer Success. Your focus stays on landing implementations rather than carrying every account indefinitely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the implementation plan and schedule for every account in your portfolio
- Manage customer communication, reporting cadence and the commitments Logisoft makes
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and go-live readiness
- Confirm delivered work as genuinely complete, in the customer's own terms
- Track mutual dependencies between Logisoft and the customer, and chase them to closure
- Size implementation effort during the proposal stage
- Own the escalation path, raising risks early with a recommended course of action
Who you are
We weight this as heavily as the CV.
- Accountable. You own the outcome, not the coordination
- Attentive to detail. A stale register, an unconfirmed assumption or a vague commitment is how enterprise implementations slip
- Honest about dates. You raise a slipping commitment early, with a recovery option
- Curious about the operation. You want to understand how the customer actually works, not only what they asked for
- Proactive. You chase what is owed to you before it is late, and you surface a risk while there is still room to act on it
- Calm under pressure. Enterprise go-lives move, and the person holding the plan sets the tone
Requirements
- 5+ years running ERP, WMS, TMS or comparable operational software implementations from the vendor side
- Experience delivering to enterprise customers, ideally across more than one country
- Strong process discipline: current plans, follow-ups that happen, dates that are honest
- Comfortable running plans and dependencies in a work-tracking system
- Fluent written and spoken English. Any additional language is a plus
- Comfortable working across time zones
- Based in Lebanon and able to work from our Beirut office
Preferred
- A background in logistics, shipping or terminal operations
- Experience introducing delivery process into a growing organisation
What we offer
- International scale. Multi-country implementations for established carriers, terminal operators and vehicle logistics groups
- Genuine accountability. You own outcomes across your portfolio, with the authority to match
- Sector expertise that compounds. Vehicle logistics is a small world with long relationships. Running enterprise implementations in it builds a reputation that follows you
- You live the operation. We take our people to the ground: into terminals and yards, so the plans you write reflect how the customer really works rather than how the document describes it
- Direct access to the product. Your findings shape the platform, because the people building it are in the same building
- Problems worth solving. These implementations change how a real terminal runs its day, not how a report is formatted
- Room to grow. A role with clear boundaries, and scope to build the delivery function as the portfolio grows
How to apply
Apply through the form on this page. Under "Why do you want to work at Logisoft", tell us about one project you took from unclear to delivered, and what was hard about it.
We read every application and reply to every applicant.
Our process is a 30-minute conversation, a working session on a real implementation scenario, and a meeting with the team you would work alongside. Usually inside three weeks.
Logisoft is an equal-opportunity employer. We hire on the work you can do.
